Install PowerPoint Viewer (PC only)
First, you must have the PowerPoint Viewer installed on your computer
To view the slideshows you must download and install the free PowerPoint Viewer 2007 or 2010! No password is needed to download and view the slideshows when you use the PowerPoint Viewer!
Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer 2010 and 2007 let you view full-featured presentations created in PowerPoint 97 and later versions. Viewer 2007 is smaller and works with Windows XP Service Pack 1 or later Windows operating systems, whereas Viewer 2010 requires al least Windows XP Service Pack 3.
Download and install a trusted copy of the PowerPoint viewer program to view the slideshows.
Download Viewer 2007 - PowerPointViewer.exe - 25.8 MB
Download Viewer 2010 - PowerPointViewer.exe - 60.3 MB
NOTE: For your Windows computer to run the PowerPoint Viewer 2007 and view the slideshows properly, you may need to install Windows updates which may include an update to the PowerPoint Viewer 2007. Go to the Windows Update page on Microsoft.com to find any updates. Here’s the link: http://www.update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/v6/default.aspx?ln=en-us
