Instructions for Viewing, Downloading, & Sending Slideshows

IMPORTANT NOTE: You must make sure that your computer or network firewall is not blocking access to download the PowerPoint slideshows. If you cannot download them that may be the problem.

TO PLAY THE SLIDESHOWS		Download FREE PowerPoint Viewer
You must have the 'PowerPoint Viewer' installed on your computer. Follow the link on the right to download & install the PowerPoint viewer.		Download & install this program to view the slideshows.

TO DOWNLOAD SLIDESHOWS		TO PLAY / VIEW ON YOUR COMPUTER
Click on the slideshow thumbnail or title, then click on 'Save' - or right click, then click 'Save Target As...' For 'zip files (some are provided in 'hi' & 'lo' resolution) it works the same way.		Download the slideshow to your computer Double-click on the slideshow file icon in 'Windows Explorer' to view, or right-click the file & choose Open.


TO SEND SLIDESHOWS VIA EMAIL		TO PLAY ACCOMPANYING SONG
Download the slideshow to your computer. Attach the slideshow to your email message and send. For email we suggest the smaller size (lo) if available.		Some slideshows have an accompanying song. To Play, click on [Song Title] above the Thumbnail or right click to Download.

Mozilla Firefox To View Online: Click on the slideshow title or thumbnail, then click on 'Open with' & choose the program 'Microsoft Office PowerPoint'. To Download: Right click thumbnail or title & then 'Save Link As...'		Microsoft Internet Explorer To View Online: Click on the slideshow thumbnail or title, then click on 'Open'. (The time needed for the slideshow to appear on screen depends on your internet connection speed) When the first slide fully appears wait for show to completely load (after the text 'Turn on your speakers' flashes off & on - about 10 seconds with hi speed internet) Advance slides by clicking inside the slideshow window. [ NOTE: ~IE online viewing~ If slideshow music stops: Press the 'End' key & click to the end of the slideshow, then start the show from beginning]
Apple Safari To View Online: Click on the slideshow title or thumbnail, then choose 'Open' then choose 'Open' once again. To Download: Right click thumbnail or title & then choose 'Download Linked File' or 'Download Linked File As...'
